Calling All Wildlife Photographers

Are you going to Birdfair at Oakham near Rutland Water on the 18th of August? If so come along to the Subbuteo stand in marquee 3 and have your photographs assessed by an expert in the field.

Subbuteo, the natural history books specialists, are holding a Wildlife Photograph Competition on their stand at Bird Fair this year. Bring your wildlife photographs – clearly marked with your details please - along to the Subbuteo stand before 2pm on Friday 18th August for professional wildlife photographer, David Tipling, to judge. David, a celebrated professional wildlife and landscape photographer and winner of a number of photographic awards will announce the winning entry at 3pm.

The winner will receive a signed copy of David's latest book, due out in August, 'The RSPB Guide to Digital Wildlife Photography'.*

The title is the latest to be added to Subbuteo's range of natural history books and discusses all aspects of this fascinating subject from equipment, fieldcraft, locations and composition, post-processing and computer manipulation of images, through to getting your photographs published. With, as you would expect, superb colour photographs throughout.
